Having paid your deposit, you are to sign Tenancy Agreement /Licence and check inventory.

You can pay for your accommodation via BACS (international bank) where transfer charges are your responsibility.

What are the accommodation options?

There is a range of housing options for students and young professionals from Bed Station Limited to consider in London including Student Residences, Share Houses and Apartments, Studios and Bedsit rooms.

What is the minimum stay?

Terms & Conditions varies from one property to another and although we welcome short as well as long stay it is always best to enquiry for a specific property.  All accommodation options are subject to availability.

Is the accommodation inclusive of bills?

A.

All of our student residences offer rents inclusive of all bills for peace of mind and it includes utility bills, TV licence and Council Tax.

Who is exempt from paying Council Tax?

A.

Only full-time students are exempt from paying Council Tax.  In order to be given exemption as a full-time student, you need to obtain a Council Tax Exemption letter from the accommodation office at your educational establishment.

How can I make a reservation of accommodation?

A.

Reservations can be made by phone or in person at our head office.  Reservations will only be considered booked when confirmed in writing and full deposits have been received.  Bed Station Limited is registered with the Deposit Protection Service
